At ModestModelle, we want you to love your purchase. Please read our refund and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • the item is unworn and unused;
  • the item is in its original condition;
  • all tags are still attached;
  • the item is free from stains, perfume, makeup, or damage.

To request an exchange, please contact us at modestmodelle@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.


Refunds

We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

Please carefully review sizing, product descriptions, and images before placing your order.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

Under Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a replacement, exchange, or refund if an item is:

  • faulty;
  • significantly different from the description;
  • not of acceptable quality;

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • items marked as final sale.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
