How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on your location. Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery typically takes 5-10 business days. We work with our manufacturers in Turkey, so times may differ slightly.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
We do offer exchanges for items within 7 days, that are still in the condition it was sent. However we do not offer refunds for returns.
How do I know which size to order?
You can refer to our size guide available on each product page, items should fit true to size. If you’re still unsure, feel free to contact our customer support team and we’ll be happy to help you choose the right size.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally, but keep in mind shipping times and rates vary depending on your location.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free for all orders over $120. We do offer express shipping for $15.
